The recruitment process

The DRC Standby Roster manages three specialized rosters and the recruitment process is similar for all of them.

The DRC Standby Roster opens for applications when there is a need for certain profiles. Data collection and analysis is done on a regular basis to compare the number of requests received with the technical areas and profiles of active members in the database. This together with DRC’s overall mandate, geographical focus and strategy, determine which profiles are recruited for and when.

Any recruitment for the Rosters is announced on this page as well as advertised as a vacancy on the DRC homepage.

We do not accept unsolicited applications, but only online applications submitted through the DRC website.

We encourage people from all nationalities to apply.
